Emile Hermès created the Bolide bag in 1923, taking inspiration from the nickname for fast cars in the 1920s – ‘bolide’ translates to ‘comet’. This Hermès two-way bag was especially designed for a close friend of Emile’s who loved the automobile world. This luxurious bag boasts rare and elegant Evergrain leather and classic Noir color.
